That early spark became a lifelong calling—one that led her to live in France for five years and build a remarkable career devoted to helping others experience the wonders she first felt as a teen abroad.
With over four decades in luxury travel, Gina has cultivated personal relationships with the world’s most prestigious hoteliers and destinations. Kimberly Stark is the co-founder of Esoterra Travel and founder of The Flourish Consultancy — two interconnected bodies of work exploring resilience, perception, human experience, and the art of living thoughtfully.
Her work exists at the intersection of psychology, philosophy, travel, emotional intelligence, cultivated living, and phenomenological observation — the study of lived human experience.
Through writing, speaking, advisory work, and curated travel experiences, Kimberly explores how place, beauty, history, and environment shape the way we experience ourselves and the world around us.
Raised with a global perspective from an early age, Kimberly first traveled internationally as a child and developed a lifelong fascination with layered civilizations, emotional atmospheres, architecture, symbolism, and the psychological texture of places.
Today, through Esoterra, she approaches travel not merely as luxury booking, but as curated exploration through an intellectual and emotional lens — where awe, beauty, meaning, and human experience intersect.
